Q: What does your service include?

A: We offer a complete wash and fold laundry service.

Our service includes complimentary pick-up and delivery to the Travelers Rest area.
No heavily soiled items (i.e., cloth diapers, blood).

Q: When will my laundry be picked up?

A: We pick up orders on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8:00 AM to noon.

Your order will be picked up within 30 minutes of your selected time.


Q: When will my laundry be delivered?
A: Monday pick-up orders are delivered on Wednesday afternoon,

and Wednesday pick-up orders are delivered on Friday afternoon.
Our current delivery window is 2:00-5:00 PM.

Q: How much does your service cost?
A: We calculate your final cost based on laundry weight, $2 per lb.
We require a $5 deposit when booking,
which is applied to the final cost,

and a one-time $10 fee to obtain your reusable laundry bag. 
Sales tax applies. $20 order minimum.

Q: What will my laundry be delivered in?
A: We deliver your laundry using our high-quality, reusable laundry bag

to ensure that your items are kept neat and dry during transit and delivery. 

We encourage you to keep and continue to use your laundry bag for future pick-ups.

Q: What happens if I lose or do not use my laundry bag?

A: We are happy to provide a replacement bag for an additional $10 fee.

Q: What type of detergent do you use?
A: We offer both a traditional detergent as well as an unscented, hypoallergenic detergent.
Please note your preference on the booking form if you prefer unscented.

Q: Do you offer stain treatment?
A: We are happy to spot treat any stains we come across at no extra cost.
You can let us know about any stains using the Additional Comments section of the booking form.

We do not guarantee that stains will be completely removed.

Q: Do you take specific laundry requests?

A: We will do our best to accommodate specific laundry preferences.
Please indicate aby specific treatment, folding, or packing preferences
on the Additional Comments section of your booking form.

Q: Does your service include hanging, ironing, or steaming?

A: We do not currently offer these services at this time.
